David J. Lunin’s studio is located in the little harbor town of Beaufort SC, near Charleston and Bluffton, known for a historic downtown with charming shops and restaurants and a thriving art community with galleries and antique shops. Rich in history, Beaufort was founded in 1711 and is the second-oldest city in South Carolina. It is located near important historical landmarks such as the Penn Center, one of the country’s first schools for formerly enslaved individuals, and the historic armory in downtown that was built in 1798.
Directions:
The studio is located off Depot Road near the Spanish Moss Trail Train Depot. Take a dirt road that winds behind blue buildings. Look for a yellow building.
